Before your visit
Clients book this session for dandruff, loose flakes and an oily scalp. If your scalp feels dry and tight, or red and flaring, your plan may name a different session.
Your first step is the 60-minute consultation. Júnior moves a micro-camera over your scalp so you see it magnified on a screen, the same view he has, and he tells you in plain words what he sees. Scalp therapy is not medical treatment. If something on your scalp looks like a job for a doctor, he will say so and point you to one.

During your session
The work happens at the roots, where flakes and oil sit.
In general, a clay mask is spread over the scalp and left on for a while, because clay soaks up oil and loosens flakes. Then it is rinsed out at the basin.
Here, Júnior follows the clay mask with balancing products picked for an oily, flaky scalp. The session is made to calm the itch, lift the flakes and control oil at the roots, so your scalp feels clean and comfortable when you head home. Your written plan names this session when your scalp analysis shows flakes and oil together.

After your session
Your written plan pairs time in the clinic with care you do at home, so you know what to use on your scalp in your own shower between visits.
Each time you come back, Júnior takes another look at your scalp and updates your plan to fit what he sees that day. Many people with a flaky or oily scalp keep up a home routine alongside their sessions.

Scalp Care questions
What if my flakes turn out to be something a doctor should look at?
Júnior will tell you, and he will refer you to a doctor. Hair and scalp therapy is not medical treatment and does not take the place of your dermatologist. If he spots something outside scalp care during your consultation, he explains it in plain words, and you are welcome to continue scalp sessions while a doctor looks after the rest.
How is this different from Sebum Control or Scalp Hydration Boost?
This session is for dandruff, flakes and oil together, using a clay mask and balancing products. Sebum Control Scalp Treatment is aimed at greasy roots and buildup between washes, and Scalp Hydration Boost works moisture into a dry, tight scalp. You do not need to choose ahead of time, because your consultation plan names the one that fits your scalp.
Can I book more than one Scalp Care session at a time?
Yes. Scalp therapy sessions can be booked one by one or as a package of 5, 7 or 10 sessions. Júnior talks through how many sessions are in your plan at your consultation, and he updates that plan as you go, based on what he sees at each visit.
